Duty Manager
Job Description
315 Bar and Restaurant are looking for a Duty Manager to help lead their award winning team.
The successful candidate will be passionate about good service, and will have the relevant experience in managing teams within a restaurant/bar environment and preferably experience of working weddings and functions.
This is a "Hands on" customer facing role, working front of house within the business, essentially being the first point of contact for our guests.
You will be reporting the General Manager and will be tasked with promoting the business at every opportunity and ensuring our standards are met at all times.
Duties include:-
Ensuring service standards are managed at all times
Maximising bookings, using online booking systems
Liaising with all departments
Promoting and marketing the business
Ensuring staff costs are controlled
You will also be required to stay overnight as on-site Duty Manager one to two night per week rota dependent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
