Key Responsibilities:
Oversee property operations during your shift, ensuring smooth service.
Greet and assist guests, addressing enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
Handle crisis management and uphold health, safety, and security standards.
Manage cash handling, stock control, and room charges efficiently.
Serve on our busy bar and in our restaurant and train team members on service excellence and upselling techniques.
Handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest queries.
Monitor and maintain quality service, working closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
Report and address maintenance issues promptly.
Financial Duties:
Manage cashing up procedures and minimise wastage.
Ensure all bills and vouchers are processed correctly.
Help achieve budget goals by monitoring bar operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
