Duty Manager
to join our team, with a focus on managingopening and closing shifts
.Key Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for opening and closing the venue, including security, setup, and end-of-day procedures Lead and support the front-of-house team during shifts Handle cashing up, banking, and daily reporting accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised environment for staff and guests Provide excellent customer service and deal with any issues in a calm, professional manner Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering when required Ensure compliance with all health & safety and licensing regulations
Requirements:
Experience in a supervisory or management role within a hospitality setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team Confident in handling opening and closing duties independently Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends A personal licence is advantageous but not essential
