The role
As Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shifts, supporting the team, and ensuring excellent customer service. You'll act as the point of contact for staff and customers., keeping everything running smoothly in line with our company standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members during shifts
-Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
-Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met
-Manage opening and closing procedures
- Support training and development of team members
-Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering when required
What We're Looking for:
-Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role ( hospitality/food service preferred)
-Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast -paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- A hands-on , customer-focused attitude
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
