We are now recruiting for a Duty Manager (DM) to join our successful team. Experience in this or a similar position is essential, particularly in delivering exceptional levels of service in a formal yet relaxed dining environment.

Part of a small entrepreneurial management team, you will be required to demonstrate excellent levels of leadership that will motivate and inspire the TNQ team. Whilst providing full support to the other members of the TNQ management team.

This role is ideal for a flexible and experienced individual who works well under pressure both alone and as part of a team. A passion for the food & drink industry is fundamental, as this role will give you the information, training and opportunity to develop yourself further as a manager within this highly respected industry.

Key Responsibilities Include.

Manage shifts and serve with the team to ensure the effective running of TNQ & delivery of its service criteria. Motivate and lead the team to encourage professionalism and enjoyment whilst at work. Help in developing service skills and product knowledge of all members of staff through training, coaching and development plans. Input to the creation of promotions and products to increase general awareness and sales within the site. Assist the GM & AGM with other duties as required. Undertake the AGM duties in their absence or during holidays.
