Snap Fitness Parr Bridge

is seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Duty Manager

to help oversee daily operations, support our members, and contribute to the success of our community-driven gym.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Provide exceptional customer service, assisting members with queries and gym equipment along with group ex classes
Support sales and membership growth through engaging tours and promoting our services
Lead by example on the gym floor, helping members with technique and motivation
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed, including emergency preparedness
Assist with social media engagement, local outreach, and community events
Manage opening/closing duties and oversee gym security during shifts

What We're Looking For:

Passion for fitness and a strong understanding of gym operations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a gym, fitness, or leisure setting (Level 2 & 3 Qualifications essential)
First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
