Job Description

We are looking to add to our team and have an exciting opportunity for a Duty Manager to ensure the smooth running of our Ice rink venue we operate a 4000 capacity arena with a restaurant and bar facility. As a duty manager you would be expected to take responsibility for the Ice rink during your shift as the 'on duty' Manager and every day is different with exciting opportunities to develop the products.

We are looking for an individual who can work on their own initiative and manage the arena functions and achieve levels of quality customer service with a prompt response to service the needs of our customers.This is a hands-on, operational role, so the ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge with the hospitality or leisure industry.

Responsibilities, will include ensuring company standards are met in regards to health and safety requirements, stock control, cash handling and assets. Ensuring our staff are motivated and achieving all sales targets and training requirements. To offer an exceptional customer service to all our customers on a daily basis for all our products.
