We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all restaurant operations run smoothly, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and supervising staff to deliver an outstanding experience for our guests.
Duties
Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide excellent guest services, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Oversee front desk operations, including bookings managing reservations.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Assist in human resources functions such as staff training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, striving to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities and report any issues to senior management as necessary.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the hotel.
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Proven experience in guest services with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality.
Knowledge of human resources practices is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
