Job Summary

We are seeking a level 2 qualified teacher looking to advance into the next step in their career. With the main role being maintaining the standard of lessons delivered by your team and aiding customers in their queries.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding lessons. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Oversee staff training, and performance evaluations.

Experience

Swim teaching for a minimum of 1 term.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 20 per week
