Duties
Ensure bar is closed at the end of the evening.
Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordinate with operations, event co-ordinator, food & beverage, to ensure seamless delivery.
Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills
Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel management, either at reception or front of house.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with hotel operations, health & safety regulations, and hospitality standards.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and calmness under pressure.

Pay: 13.50-14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 18 per week
