The Devonshire Arms, Mellor is under a brand-new landlord with exciting ideas and big plans to transform us into a true destination venue. To achieve this, we're now looking for a dedicated and experienced Management Team to support the day-to-day running of the business.

Your Role

As a Manager you will:

Support the Landlord in daily operations across bar, restaurant, and events Lead by example and motivate the front-of-house team Deliver exceptional guest experiences every time Assist with stock control, rotas, and cash handling Uphold high standards of compliance, health & safety, and licensing laws Take ownership of shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service Work full-time including evenings and weekends (with one weekend off per month)

What We're Looking For

Experience in a similar management role is essential Ideally a Personal Licence Holder Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team A hands-on approach and a genuine passion for hospitality Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Pay: 12.85-13.25 per hour
