Duty Manager (Cellar Focus)

We're on the lookout for a Duty Manager to join the team. Alongside serving up cocktails, food from Bird & Bag, and nights with DJs/live music, you'll be keeping the cellar in shape, leading shifts, and making sure service runs smoothly.

What we're offering:

13.5 per hour (plus tips) 40% staff discount 24-28 hours per week, mix of days & nights (latest 2am finish) Opening/closing, team leadership, cellar management and security oversight
What we're looking for:

1+ years' experience in a supervisory role in a lively, late-night bar or club Confident leading a small team under pressure Strong cellar skills (line cleaning, stock rotation, beer quality/ flow) Reliable with venue opening/closing duties
