Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our team.
As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations. This position requires good leadership skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
Duties:
- Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day work while on duty, in particular, supervision of the team of Housekeeping Assistants who provide domestic help to Owners.
- To provide assistance/personal care to Owners in an emergency situation.
- An understanding of the needs of older people to ensure continued independence and an optimum quality of life for all Owners. The Duty Manager is very much the "head of staff" and is expected to use imagination, skill and sensitivity to identify problems before they occur and take steps to avoid them (taking a pro-active rather than re-active role in the management and development of the Court).
- To deliver excellent customer service to all Owners and 'customers' in line with company standards providing a positive 'can do' attitude at all times.
- To be part of a shift rota including sleeping nights on site
Skills:
- NVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 or be willing to work towards Level 3
- Good supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service
- Be proficient in using I.T. software such as Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay: 14.28 per hour
