The role of a Technology Strategy Consultant will work with clients to make sure their right skills are where they need to be at the right time, to meet their current and future needs. The ideal Technology Strategy Consultant will participate in all elements of consulting, practice building, business development, professional and personal development. You will have experience with operating model, org design and process improvement. Ideally, the Technology Strategy Consultant will have previous experience of consulting within multiple business sectors or multiple clients within a single sector

**Only those who have current SC Level Security Clearance will be eligible for this role**

Ideal Criteria for a Technology Strategy Consultant

• Highly experienced in Technology strategy, HR transformation, and process improvement
• Degree level education with relevant experience
• Previous experience of consulting within multiple business sectors or multiple clients within a single sector
• Knowledge of business and technology operating design, op model, org design, and customer strategy
• A people person with great communication at all levels
• A passion for cultural and behavioural business change

As a Technology Strategy Consultant you will get:
