Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) Pre?Sales Consultant

The Role
As a D365 BC Pre?Sales Consultant, you'll be the technical face of our organisation, working alongside our sales team to qualify opportunities, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and craft compelling solution proposals. You'll help potential clients understand how Dynamics 365 Business Central can transform their business processes--from finance and supply chain to reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Qualification:
Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges, processes, and objectives.
Solution Design:
Map client requirements to D365 BC functionality; develop high?level solution architectures.
Demonstrations & Workshops:
Deliver live demos, proof?of?concept workshops, and interactive presentations to showcase system capabilities.
Proposal Development:
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to produce detailed proposals, statements of work, and cost estimates.
Bid Support:
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with technical responses, ROI analyses, and competitive differentiators.
Thought Leadership:
Stay current on Microsoft's product roadmap; produce white papers, webinars, and collateral to support business development.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with C?level executives, finance teams, and IT decision?makers.
What We're Looking For
Technical Expertise:
3+ years' experience in a Pre?Sales, Solution Architect, or Consultant role focused on Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with manufacturing, distribution, or professional services sectors.
Strong Presentation Skills:
Comfortable speaking to audiences of all levels, from technical users to executives.
Analytical Mindset:
Able to translate complex business requirements into clear, scalable solutions.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal skills; adept at proposal writing and RFP responses.
Team Player:
Collaborative attitude; thrives in a fast?paced, target?driven environment.
Certifications (desirable):
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate, MB-800.
