Key Skills & Qualifications:
Agile Practices:
Integrate and support with agile based product development ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, retrospectives and backlog grooming.Solution Design and Development:
Lead the design and development of custom solutions within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, ensuring they meet business needs and align with best practices.System Integration:
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.Customization and Configuration:
Customise and configure Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications to meet specific business requirements.Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.Troubleshooting and Support:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications within the Serco ITIL IT Service Management function.Job Type: Contract
