The team

The IT and Compliance team\'s work is essential to the success of Energy Saving Trust\'s mission, with every employee in the organisation using the digital tools and platforms we provide. Having undergone significant infrastructure transformation over the past few years we are now focussed on providing our teams with the digital tools and applications that enable us to deliver on our mission. We work with teams across the organisation providing solutions that empower our people to work and collaborate smarter.

The role

As a Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platforms Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our technological initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in elevating our use of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, ultimately enabling us to become more sustainable and supportive of our teams.

Working closely with the internal IT team and our external providers, you will use your experience to efficiently support and develop tools on our Microsoft CRM and Power Platform environments and support adoption of these platforms. Our data underpins our work and you will apply your demonstrable knowledge to manipulate and visualize data, facilitating data-driven decision-making processes, ensuring the needs of our end users are met.

What you\'ll do

  • Supporting and administering our Dynamics 365 environments, you will ensure that our systems operate seamlessly, allowing our teams to focus on their core missions.
  • Engage with project teams and individual users to foster a collaborative environment, where everyone can harness the full potential of our tools.
  • Empower data-driven decisions, facilitating our mission to make well-informed choices that positively impact our people and their work and our mission.
What you\'ll bring
  • Experience of supporting, administering Dynamics 365 environments
  • Experience of Power Platform and Power Apps development
  • Understanding of Power Platform security and data loss prevention
  • Demonstrable knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
This is a permanent position. Our standard weekly hours are 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.

We are open to flexible working locations (within the UK) and as standard we offer all contracts on blended (home and office-based) working.
