? Assist with cross-college Induction Disclosure Exercise, particularly regarding identification of students who may be dyslexic by analysing the relevant disclosures.

? Follow up the Induction Disclosure Exercise to enable more specific dyslexia assessments to take place and full dyslexia assessments as appropriate.

? Produce Individual Learning Plans for specific dyslexia support based on the above assessments.

? To operate within a learning process that maximises opportunities and resources and is responsive to the needs of existing and potential learners, thereby ensuring a high quality, inclusive learning environment.

? To use innovative, high quality, learning methods, modes of delivery and resources that will enable the college to progress inclusive learning in accordance with information emanating from initial and diagnostic assessment, allocated schemes of work and assessment schedules.
