To coordinate and be accountable for the training and conversion of patients in any and all institutions to Nestle Health Science Dysphagia product portfolio - Primary and secondary
Role and Responsibilities
Accountability for the planning and delivery of dysphagia training within all identified accounts within specified territories
Gain agreement for prescription conversion to Nestle Health Science dysphagia products
Identify and address any blocks to prescription changes with prescribing loop
Report activity and provide on-going feedback to the dysphagia territory manager and other internal and external stakeholders
Accurate and timely completion of all Iqvia administration
Compliance with Nestle Health Science & Star policies and procedures
Key Performance Indicators
Minimum average of two care home training sessions per day
Meet all other role-specific KPIs
Monitor ROI of A/V budget
Sales versus target performance
