We're on the lookout for a dynamic, driven and commercially minded E Commerce & Operations Manager to take our growing online and logistics operations to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your online trading expertise with your leadership skills helping us raise vital funds for our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Leading, motivating and developing a large team of staff and volunteers across E Commerce, logistics and the Donation Centre Developing and delivering our E Commerce strategy to meet growth and contribution targets Identify new online platforms and opportunities to grow our E Commerce presence Proactively drive trade on all E Commerce channels and constantly review key performance indicators Streamline and innovate our donation, delivery and storage processes to ensure smooth, efficient operations Analyse and report weekly and monthly performance, presenting actionable insights to Management and the Board to keep us on target Support the Head of Retail to manage the new goods processes, covering stock allocation, replenishment, markdowns, and quarterly stock checks Lead key projects such as opening or closing shops and rolling out operational improvements Implement initiatives to secure high-quality stock donations for both shops and online platform Ensure processes comply with legislation (Gift Aid, health & safety, trading standards) Develop and rollout new standard operating procedures and policies

About you

Proven track record of selling on eBay and other E Commerce platforms at a high volume and revenue level Strong process management skills and the ability to deliver change Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire large, multi-site teams Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the abiity to establish positive relationships at all level Experience of analysing data and KPIs to drive digital trading performance Clean and up to date driving licence
