The Faculty of Medical Sciences (FMS) is the most clinically facing Faculty at UCL and is at the forefront of innovation and research in the medical sciences. About the Role

This will be a busy role, in a fast-paced environment, and the post holder will be expected to be adaptable, quickly assimilate information, and to establish their own support networks across UCL. An excellent eye for detail, superb organisation skills and the ability to communicate effectively are a must.



Appointment details:


The post is graded at GRADE 7, the annual salary for which ranges from 43,374 to 51,860 (including London Allowance). This is a full-time permanent role.

About You

To provide high level executive support to the Dean and DOO, directing and managing their time in the most effective and efficient manner, ensuring that the most pressing and strategic issues are prioritised.



To take a leading role in the management of the office; mentoring and guiding members as necessary and ensuring office procedures are recorded and kept up to date. In addition, the role holder will be a first point of contact for a variety of staff, students, visitors, and team, and will apply their knowledge of UCL to respond to queries and support activities.
