An opportunity is available for an ECT - Early Careers Teacher - to join the team at a Primary School in the Greenwich borough.

What is on offer?

• Fantastic support to help you to pass your ECT induction - The school have recruited 22 ECTs in the past 5 years, and all 22 of them passed their induction. 4 of these have now progressed in to Leadership roles.
• 1 day per week CPD time, and 1 day per week for ECT time and PPA - Meaning you will only be teaching for 3 days per week

The school are able to be flexible on the year group that you will teach. This will be discussed with you at interview, to establish your preferences and taking in to account your experiences so far.

The Primary School are based within the Plumstead area of Greenwich, with excellent transport links.

The are offering either a 2 year fixed term contract (with potential for a permanent role thereafter), or an ongoing supply contract. Your salary for this role will be in line with the M1 Teacher salary for inner London.
