We are looking for a

Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner

to join our small, friendly team at

The Little Magpies Nursery

.

This is a hands-on practitioner role -- not a management position -- ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with children in a calm, supportive environment.

Newly qualified Level 3 practitioners are very welcome to apply.

What the Role Actually Looks Like

Working closely with children to support their learning and development Creating warm, engaging play experiences (no over-complicated planning) Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and independence Building positive relationships with families and your team Completing observations and contributions to learning journeys Keeping children safe, happy, and cared for
What We're Looking For

Essential:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare A kind, patient, and reliable approach A genuine love for working with young children Ability to work well as part of a team Enhanced DBS (required before starting)
