An exciting opportunity has arisen within Townhill Early Help Hub for the post of Early Help Lead worker who specifically supports families within the Townhill, Mayhill and Gors area of Swansea.
The successful candidate will join the Early Help Service and will become part of a diverse and multi-disciplinary hub structure that has responsibility for meeting the wellbeing needs of vulnerable and at-risk children, young people and their families.
