We have 3 permanent full time positions for our newly created role; Early Help Link Workers, to join our city wide Family Hubs service. One post will be based in each of our 3 localities across North, South and East Central Bristol.
As a motivated and passionate individual, you will have proven experience of working with children and families with wide ranging needs and strong partnership working skills. In this dynamic role, you will be pivotal to strengthening multi-agency collaboration to prevent escalation of need by supporting schools and partners to deliver timely, effective Early Help. You will have expert knowledge of safeguarding thresholds and evidenced based interventions that can support children across the age range.
You will work as part of a busy and supportive team, working flexibly across your locality with a range of partner agencies and school settings. You will promote good equalities practice, and value diversity across the service.
