Job Description

Kumon Crookes English and Maths study centre requires an Early Learners Assistant to support younger students through the earlier levels of the Kumon English and Maths programme.

You will be working with the students from the age of 4 to around 8 and helping them to develop strong concentration, motor and reading skills through appropriate guidance in the earlier levels. You will also be responsible for providing feedback about the students to myself and the parents.

Hours of work: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays- 3.15 pm to 6.30 pm,
Enhanced DBS check needs to be cleared. Whilst annual leave can be agreed subject to your holiday allowance, we do work during the school holidays and the candidate should be available to work during the holidays especially summer.

Full training will be provided but knowledge of Kumon Maths and English programme and some experience with children of similar age group preferred.

We would prefer a mature person living in the local area who would enjoy developing early learners and would like to work part time hours.
