Early Morning Barista/Breakfast Assistant (Side Street)

We are seeking a

reliable and experienced Early Morning Barista/Breakfast Assistant

to join the team at

iconic ABC Building on Quay Street, Manchester

This is an exciting opportunity to provide a crucial service for a TV show's breakfast contract. This role requires an individual who is comfortable with early starts and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Barista duties:

Prepare and serve a full range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based coffees, to a high standard.

Food preparation:

Prepare and serve breakfast items, ensuring all food is fresh, well-presented, and ready on time.

Customer service:

Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to all cast and crew members.

Stock management:

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations.

Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Monday to Friday

Start time:

5:00 AM

Hours:

This can be a

part-time or full-time position

Finish time:

Negotiable, based on the right candidate's needs. We are flexible and willing to discuss a finish time that works for you.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a barista, with a strong knowledge of coffee preparation. Experience in food preparation, ideally within a cafe or similar food service environment. Excellent time management and organisational skills. A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of health and safety standards.
