Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable. This role is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, employees, and visitors.

This is an early morning role, 4am start. Adhoc Thursday and Friday - term time 4 and 1/2 hours.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards. Dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely manner. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and quality of work. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning or event preparation. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow.

Skills

Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Basic knowledge of cleaning products and their proper usage. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
