Are you passionate about nurturing future legal talent? Our Human Resources Department are seeking an Early Talent Administrator to join the dynamic Early Talent team in Birmingham. If you are ready to take on an exciting new role and contribute to the development of future legal professionals, we encourage you to apply today!


The Role




As an Early Talent Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's recruitment and development initiatives.


Assist with organising and facilitating insight events and Early Talent programmes. Manage the Early Talent recruitment system and coordinate assessment centres. Create engaging content for social media and organise marketing materials. Oversee the onboarding process for new trainees and solicitor apprentices. Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, managing intranet announcements, and logging absences.

The Candidate




The ideal Early Talent Administrator will possess:


Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills, being personable and approachable. A proactive attitude with the ability to manage workload independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages. Experience in a professional services environment is desirable.
