Job description:

Early Years Lead

Salary:

52,219 - 56,154 Depending on experience

Start Date:

1 st January 2026

Hours:

36 hours per week

Are you currently working in Early Years and understand how young children learn? Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills? Are you effective in working with parents? Are you able to create a vibrant, stimulating indoor and outdoor classroom with attractive displays and inviting learning activities? Do you have at least three year's experience of Early years? Do you have experience of managing staff? Are you interested in becoming a member of the SLT and supporting school improvement?
