We're looking for an

Early Years Team Leader

to join our nature-inspired early education setting based on a beautiful working farm. This is more than just a childcare job - it's a chance to lead a team in delivering meaningful, play-based learning experiences in the great outdoors.

About Us:



Twizzle Tops Marsh Farm combines the magic of farm life with the foundations of early years education. Children spend their days exploring fields, meeting animals and learning through real-world, hands-on adventures. Our ethos is rooted in curiosity, connection, and care - for each other, the animals, and the land.

Your Role:



As Team Leader, you'll oversee the daily operations of the early years provision, guiding a dedicated team to create a warm, stimulating, and safe environment. You'll lead by example, support staff development, and build strong partnerships with families - all while keeping the needs and well-being of the children at the heart of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and inspire a team of Early Years Practitioners Ensure high-quality, child-led provision in line with EYFS and farm-based learning principles Plan and evaluate engaging, outdoor learning experiences Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the wider farm community Support staff training, appraisals, and professional development

What We're Looking For:



A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Previous leadership experience in an early years setting Passion for outdoor learning and nature-based education Strong understanding of the EYFS framework Excellent communication and organisational skills A calm, confident, and inspiring presence
Bonus points if you love animals, know your way around a veggie patch, or can confidently read a story to a group of muddy, giggling children under a tree!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 29,484.00 per year
