About the Role:

As our Early Years Advisor, you'll work hands-on within nursery rooms across our four Nottingham settings, supporting practitioners to deliver the very best care and education. You'll:

Inspire and mentor teams to deliver exceptional EYFS practice Model high-quality interactions and teaching strategies Guide staff in planning, observation, and assessment Support the development of engaging, inclusive learning environments Work closely with management to maintain excellence across all settings

About You:

You're a confident early years professional who thrives on developing others. You'll bring:

A full and relevant Level 3 qualification or above (Level 5/6 or EYP/EYTS desirable) Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills A creative, reflective, and proactive approach Flexibility to travel between nurseries in the Nottingham area
