Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Apprentice to join our vibrant team . This role is pivotal in nurturing and developing the foundational skills of children in a nursery setting. The ideal candidate will possess a basic background in early childhood education.

The five main areas of this role are:

1. To provide outstanding care and learning for children within the nursery
2. To use your knowledge of child development to assess and plan for children's progress
3. To make strong attachments with the children in your care to keep them safe, understand them and meet their needs
4. To develop children's communication and thinking skills everyday
5. To form good relationships with parents and other staff and communicate well

General Duties

Supporting the personal, social and emotional development of children To deliver the standards in the Early Years Foundation Stage To ensure children have exciting learning opportunities and interactions To communicate effectively with parents, sharing clear information To work flexibly as part of a team To be committed to self-reflection, improvement and training
Responsible To: Manager, Deputy Manager and Room Leads

Job Type and hours:
Full-time/ part time positions available

Education:

Maths and English GCSE or equivalent (can be gained through apprenticeship)
Language:

Excellent use of English is essential
