Early Years Apprentice - Join Our Team at Tiny Tots Nursery

We use In the Moment Planning and draw inspiration from Reggio Emilia, following children's emerging interests to create meaningful, child-led "quests" that support deep thinking, discovery, and shared learning between children and adults.

Due to our continued growth within our nursery, we are expanding our team and currently have a range of opportunities, including for the following role:

Early Years Apprentice

Hours: Full time - minimum of 30 hours per week in the setting, with dedicated study time on a day release to Exeter College in addition

Start date: Flexible - September 2025, in line with college start dates

This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in early years education. As an apprentice, you will learn on the job while working toward your Level 3 childcare qualification. You'll be supported by a mentor and become part of a team that truly values curiosity, play, and professional development.
