Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a desire for working in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children in their early years. You will be responsible for fostering a positive learning atmosphere, encouraging creativity, and supporting each child's individual needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall learning experience. Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety within the nursery setting. Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to continuous improvement in early years education. Completing your level 3 early years apprenticeship whilst working.

Experience

Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is not essential but desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A drive to create innovative learning experiences that cater to diverse needs. Familiarity with current early years frameworks and practices will be advantageous.
