Early Years Level 3 Apprentice

Location: Horns Drove Community Childcare, Rownhams, Hampshire

Hours: 30 hours per week | All year round

Salary: 7.55 - 9.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We're currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic

Early Years Level 3 Apprentice

to train alongside our experienced team while studying towards a nationally recognised Early Years Educator qualification.

About the Role

Support and learn from our skilled team, working alongside experienced staff in all aspects of daily child?care delivery. Study towards and complete your

Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship

, combining hands-on practice with qualification attainment. Support the care, learning, and development of children aged 2 years + Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework Work alongside experienced staff to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment Observe and record children's progress with support from your team Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families Help children develop their physical skills and independence

What You'll Need:

Previous experience in childcare

is a bonus, but not essential Desirable - Hold a

GCSE

Grade C/4

and above in

English

and

Maths

or hold a

Level 2 in Functional Skills
