Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early yearsyears practitioner to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young children, guiding them in their academic and personal development. This role requires a blend of management and leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students. Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning. Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and cooperation among students. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices. Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events to contribute to the school community.

Skills

Strong management skills to maintain an organised classroom environment. Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and motivate students. Experience working with children in various capacities, including childcare or nursery settings. Background in early childhood education is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. A valid driving licence may be beneficial for attending off-site educational activities or meetings. Pay: 25,600.00-31,698.00 per year
