About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Apprentice to join our team and begin a rewarding career in childcare. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised Early Years qualification. You will support qualified staff in providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for young children in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and delivering fun, engaging activities following the EYFS framework. Support children's physical, emotional, social, and educational development. Help to create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment. Observe and interact with children to support their learning and development. Assist with daily routines including mealtimes, toileting, and transitions. Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed. Work closely with the team while building positive relationships with children and families. Participate fully in apprenticeship training, assessments, and coursework.

Requirements

Passionate about starting a career in Early Years. Friendly, caring, patient, and eager to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and committed to professional development. No prior experience required--just the right attitude and willingness to train. Must be able to complete the apprenticeship training alongside work duties.
