What You'll Be Doing

Supporting children through play, routines, and creative activities Learning how to observe, plan, and reflect using the EYFS framework Working closely with qualified practitioners and room leaders Building positive relationships with children, parents, and your team Taking part in internal training through our Elevate programme Developing your skills gradually, with structured mentoring and feedback
This is a hands-on learning role. You'll be actively supported as you gain experience and confidence in a working nursery environment.

What We're Looking For

A genuine interest in early years education and working with children A commitment to completing your Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification A kind, calm, and reliable approach to team working Willingness to ask questions, receive feedback, and grow professionally No prior nursery experience is required, just the right attitude and motivation
