Early Years Apprentice - Join Our Passionate Team at Osbaldwick Montessori

Are you starting your journey in early years education and eager to learn in a calm, supportive setting? Osbaldwick Montessori in York is looking for a warm, enthusiastic Early Years Apprentice to join our small and passionate team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to train and gain hands-on experience in a setting inspired by the Montessori approach - where children are respected, encouraged to be independent, and nurtured through calm, child-led learning.

As an Apprentice, you will:

Work alongside experienced educators supporting children aged 18 months-5 years Help create a warm, engaging environment that follows each child's interests Learn about Montessori principles and how to apply them in practice Develop your knowledge while working towards your Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification A genuine love for working with young children Eager to learn and grow within a supportive team Kind, calm, reliable and a great communicator No experience needed - just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
