Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate is looking to join the Early years workforce and has a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development and well-being of young learners. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of children in our nursery setting.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 0-5 years. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's development. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities accordingly. Manage classroom behaviour positively, promoting respect and cooperation among children. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall quality of care and education provided. Drive initiatives that promote early literacy, numeracy, and social skills through play-based learning activities.

Experience

Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and team members. A proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to learn new techniques in early years education.
Join us in making a difference in the lives of young learners as an Early Years Educator! At the end of your apprenticeship you will hold a Level 3 certificate in Early Childhood Education.
