to:Provide individualised care and support to meet the needs of each child
Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
Form positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
To work as a team member with a positive attitude.
Ideally you will already have:
GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths Previous experience working with young children Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children
Term time only and full year positions available
