Harton Village Kindergarten team

is looking for a caring, enthusiastic

Early Years Apprentice

to join our welcoming and dedicated setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career in Early Years while working towards a recognised qualification.

You will be supported by experienced practitioners within a nurturing team that is committed to providing high-quality care and education, giving every child the best possible start.

Key Responsibilities:

Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Assist with play-based activities that promote curiosity and wellbeing Observe, support, and contribute to assessments of children's progress Work in partnership with colleagues and parents

About You:

A genuine interest in working with children aged 0-5 years A caring, positive, and reliable approach Willingness to learn and complete an Early Years apprenticeship Good communication and teamwork skills No previous experience required - full training provided
