Job Description

We are looking for an aspiring, dedicated and passionate Early Years Apprentice to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The successful candidate will play a key role in nurturing and supporting the development of children in their early years. We are looking for someone who loves singing and dancing to their hearts content, making children smile and bringing out their creative side! Someone who enjoys the outdoors and promoting outdoor learning, as well as always making things fun on a rainy day!

Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Effective partnership with children, parents, and colleagues
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent childcare practices
- Help in the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Support children's learning and development through play

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire colleagues

-Work effectively in a team
- Experience working with young children in an early childhood education setting

- Introduce new ideas towards effective learning for children

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: 8.60-11.60 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 42.5 per week
