Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting the development and learning of young children and creating a stimulating and nurturing environment. The Early Years Educator will play a crucial role in supporting children's growth, learning, and socialisation during their formative years.

Duties

Supporting learning and contributing to the overall well-being of the children under the guidance of senior staff.

Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their emotional and social development. Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and development. Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment that meets the diverse needs of all children. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies at all times. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Experience, knowledge, skills and qualities.

A passionate and motivated attitude to work alongside children ensuring the best outcomes for them. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is desirable but not essential. A commitment to ongoing professional development within the field of early years education.
