The Role
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner (unqualified) to join our friendly and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience working with young children and is ready to take the next step in their early years career.
You'll play a key role in creating a warm, safe, and inspiring environment for children to learn and grow. Working closely with qualified practitioners, you'll support play-based learning, contribute ideas to planning, and build meaningful relationships with children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
Help to plan and deliver fun, creative, and age-appropriate activities.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to observations and planning, with guidance from senior practitioners.
Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment following safeguarding and health & safety policies.
Work as part of a caring and professional team to ensure the smooth daily running of the nursery.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced:
At least one year's experience working or volunteering in an Early Years or childcare setting.
Eager to Learn:
Willing to complete Early Years training or a recognised qualification (funded by us).
Passionate:
Genuinely loves working with young children and helping them flourish.
