Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools & Nurseries

Complete Classroom Services is currently recruiting passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistants to work in a range of primary schools and private nurseries across South East London, starting in September 2025.

We have a wide variety of opportunities to suit your availability - from flexible daily supply to full-time, long-term positions in EYFS settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework Assist the class teacher and work 1:1 or in small groups Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Communicate effectively with staff and parents

Requirements:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (or equivalent) - essential*
Experience in a nursery or school setting A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to apply Passion, patience, and a love of working with children aged 0-5
