We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children in their early years. The Early Years Educator will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences that foster children's growth, learning, and well-being.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children. Manage daily routines and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all children. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support children's learning and development. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities as necessary. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Collaborate with other educators to create an inclusive atmosphere that respects diversity. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Skills

Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire both children and fellow educators. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and families. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic environment. A drive for continuous professional development to enhance educational practices.

Contract length: 9 months

Pay: 12.48 per hour
