The Early Years Educator will play a crucial role in fostering a positive learning experience for children aged 0-5 years.
Duties
Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of individual children.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote effective communication and collaboration.
Manage daily activities, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Lead group activities that enhance social skills, creativity, and cognitive development.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in early years education.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a calm demeanour.
A genuine drive for fostering children's growth and development through play-based learning.
