We are looking for someone who:



Has a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Will work closely with the class teacher to support learning in our Early Years setting Can provide kind and consistent care throughout the school day Understands the different ways children learn and can adapt their approach accordingly Brings energy, patience, and a positive attitude every day Is a strong team player with excellent communication skills Is passionate about inspiring young children to be the best they can be
